As you can see, I used to look quite a bit different. I was unhealthy. I was tired all the time. I hated the way I felt. The person I saw in the mirror couldn’t possibly be me could it? I tried counting calories. That helped for about five minutes, and then I would just put the weight right back on. I tried portion control. I tried cutting carbs completely. Nothing worked! And the more depressed I got about it, the more I felt like eating. What a vicious cycle. I began feeling completely helpless…that is, until I decided to make a change. I started working out with personal trainers and hanging around gyms. I learned how to eat in a way that the weight just feel off. I had figured it out. After years of struggling, I had figured out the key to a healthy and fit body.

The thing I want you to understand most about me is…I know what it is like to struggle. I know how it feels to work so hard and get very little from it. That’s why I built my business. That’s why I’ve dedicated the last few years of my life to helping people just like you, to reach their fitness goals. You don’t need any fancy equipment or expensive personal trainers. All you need is a couple of free weights, a little bit of space, and the desire to make a change. I did it, and you can too!
