I'm Daisy Tenacious; Get fit, stay lean! I was a very heavy mother of 4 but I transformed my mind and body! Now I will share with you how I did it from home, only with simple freeweights and no drugs or calorie counting diets.

Rest and reps will vary depending on your fitness level. There are 10 workouts that increase in intensity every 10 days for three cycles. You get a total of 30 workouts!!! If you workout 3 days a week, you have 10 weeks of workouts. And I’ll be there showing you how to do each exercise with useful videos and helpful instructions.

 

All you need: free weights, space, a chair, and 30-45 minutes of your time, that’s it!

I carefully filmed myself using professional equipment, making it easy to clearly see and understand each individual movement. I want everyone to do these exercises properly and safely, getting the most out of each one! When you buy my workouts, you get these handy videos, neatly incorporated with simple workout instructions!

Getting to the gym can be challenging and expensive. I designed these workouts to be done in the comfort of your own home with just a couple of free-weights or a set of adjustable dumbbells like these, these or these.
