Rest and reps will vary depending on your fitness level. There are 10 workouts that increase in intensity every 10 days for three cycles. You get a total of 30 workouts!!! If you workout 3 days a week, you have 10 weeks of workouts. And I’ll be there showing you how to do each exercise with useful videos and helpful instructions.
All you need: free weights, space, a chair, and 30-45 minutes of your time, that’s it!
