Maureen: I'm Daisy Tenacious; Get fit, stay lean! I was a very heavy mother of 4 but I transformed my mind and body! Now I will share with you how I did it from home, only with simple freeweights and no drugs or calorie counting diets. I’m a work in progress but I’VE SO FAR LOST 78LBS!! I got to a point where I couldn’t take it anymore so I asked Daisy for help. I am now making my own healthier choices and I also do Daisy’s workouts a few days a week and am getting stronger every day. I used to get out of breath easily but now I can even do 10+ solid push-ups and I am confident I will reach my goal with Daisy’s help, as this is the most consistent I have ever been.
