A year ago, I started gaining weight although I hadn’t changed my routine, which was confusing! I tried different weight-loss methods unsuccessfully which frustrated me. But everything changed when a friend introduced me to Daisy’s workouts. So convenient because I’m a busy mom of three kids with a full time job and I can do the workouts from home in my own time. The workouts are unlike anything I’ve done before. Daisy mixes cardio with basic free-weights and the combination has made me lose weight quickly and efficiently.
