Allie: From my teens to having two kids, my weight has yo-yoed which has always been a struggle mentally and physically. When my weight increased to 220 lbs last December, I decided enough was enough. I began with moderate exercise and changed my diet and really

Maureen: I'm a work in progress but I'VE SO FAR LOST 78LBS!! I got to a point where I couldn’t take it anymore so I asked Daisy for help. I am now making my own healthier choices and I also do Daisy's workouts a few days a week and am getting stronger every day. I used to get out of breath easily but now I can even do 10+ solid push-ups and I am confident I will reach my goal with Daisy’s help, as this is the most consistent I have ever been. Kate: I thought I was exercising properly until Daisy taught me her special workouts which I absolutely love! I'm a photographer and the constant awkward positions on and off the floor caused backaches but now that my core strength has increased with the exercises, there isn’t any pain after a long day of photo shoots.
